Easy, comfortable, brought in to sit at a table and was asked basic questions about the job, my goals, and previous experience. Offered the job on the spot and performed colorblind test after the experience
Very fast process! Pay offered is extremely low though. It looks great on your resume though if you are trying to step foot into the clinical world. Environnment is not the best, and can be very messy at times.
Virtual interview through Microsoft Teams. Manager was very nice and easygoing. Only interview question was to talk about yourself and your experience. They want to know more about you and how you fit into the role.

I applied online and then got an email to schedule a short phone screen interview (10 mins). After that, I have a zoom style interview (30 mins) with the accessioner team. Everyone I talked with was very kind and welcoming throughout the whole process.
