A recruiter called and asked me questions, said she would forward notes to the hiring manager and they would followup with me. Never heard from them again, not even a no thank you. The position has been open for a year. They are non--responsive and recruiting process is unprofessional for such an organization. executive management should review who's running the shown and make some revisions. Especially if they want to recruit great candidates.

Interview
Met several of the leaders who each explained their areas of responsibilities, and asked questions of me of how the position relates to their roles. Nine rounds of interviews that took a few months in total, but led to an offer and acceptance.
