After submitting my CV, I had a short introductory phone call with HR. This was followed by a second online interview with two line managers, which lasted about an hour. The interview was competency-based, using the STAR method, and concluded with a challenging role play. The overall application process was very smooth, and communication with HR was consistently excellent and fast.

Screening call then scheduled interview. Interview included basic STAR interview questions gauging project and client management capacity , followed by a role play scenario to gauge communication. Interviewee will not receive the role play scenario prior to interview
