Interviewers: Production Manager and Department Supervisor. First, I was contacted by phone by Department Supervisor. He explained main duties, asked if i was available immediately and arranged 1:1 interview on the next day. On next day both with production Manager they asked about: previous experience, physical work capabilities, compensation acceptance, language competencies.
