It was an in-person interview where he went over my previous work history and I explained what my strengths were. He also told me that it was a family ran business and that the problem was that he had problems with employees staying at the facility. He tried to make it seem as though the job was too difficult for them but it should be easy for me due to me having a range of retail experience.
