Question 1
Open-ended questions to learn about how you think, problem-solve, and your ability to work with youth.
It was a two-step interview, the first was written application questions online, then an interview with a small group of applicants through video call. The interview was casual, they mostly asked questions about your experience with working on a team, leadership, and your interest in the internship.

What role do you usually take and what skills or talents do you bring to working with groups that you can bring to the internship?
You sit down in the kitchen or in a small room with director and a couple managers. Generally folks may walk in an out of the room as it's a crowded place which can be tricky, but just be aware so you can concentrate.
