Online Application. Assessment process. Phone interview. Group interview. Group interview involved a panel of 4. There was about 20 applicants. First interview question was being partnered up with someone and presenting to the panel their background and one accomplishment they had in work field. Second interview question, each applicant had to come up one by one and pick and scenario question out of the basket and answering it in front of everyone.
