I interviewed at LRM Property Management (London, England)
Interview
They requested to submit a free consultancy work on setting up a TA department before scheduling any calls or interviews. The task had 5 points and was quite extensive to complete, therefore, required a few hours. Whilst I was invited for a call after, I wasn’t really given a chance to speak during the call, so I’m not sure how they made their final decision. The person I had a call with was very chatty and talked about the company, the need to have an internal TA person, and some other random subjects outside the role or the company. After all this we had run out of the time, so I didn’t get any questions.
