I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LIV-T (Munich, Bavaria) in Nov 2020
Interview
First I got a short screening interview with a recruiter. The interview went well.
Then I moved to a video interview with the founder and a potential futur colleague.
The video interview didn't feel really right. I asked a lot of questions, about the position, about how they work - it's important for me to understand the culture of the company and my role. But I had the feeling I was annoying them with my questions, especially the person I was supposed to work with. From the start of the interview, this person had a very closed off attitude, and the founder seem not so interested, playing on this phone most of the time. They didn't ask me many questions. I tried hard to understand what they were expecting from me, but they just simply didn't seem interested in talking to me altogether.
Needless to say I didn't get an offer, because I was "not a personality fit".
On the bright side, the recruiter was very nice, very open, quick to reply, and kept me up to date all the time about the interview process.
I was a bit disappointed because it felt like they had made up their mind even before the interview started.

Question 1
I asked what they were looking for in the candidate for this position, so they directed the question back to me.
They asked me if I already knew how the market of distributors is structured. (No, I didn't.)
