I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LACE Partners in Aug 2025
Interview
Comprehensive interview process with an initial behavioral phone screen, a competency interview, and a final case-study presentation. Interviewers at all stages were friendly and really tried to get to know the candidate's thought process -- it wasn't a sterile corporate interview. Overall, a transparent and holistic recruitment process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Round 1: Standard behavioral questions (why this role, tell us about a time...)
Round 2: Technical and situational questions (how would you explain a concept to a non-technical stakeholder?)
Round 3: Case study relevant questions
I applied online. I interviewed at LACE Partners in Apr 2025
Interview
It was overall okay but they took way too long to respond between phases. They should focus more on being prompt and not leaving 3 weeks to pass between each response.

The standard tell us about you and your experience questions
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LACE Partners (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
send in 2 minute taking head video - but don't talk about work - get to know you as a person.
A solo interview with the current person in role who was leaving the business, with no real interaction with what would be your line manager.
Felt fractious, as they were leaving the business.
Thank you for your feedback. It is a shame that you feel that the interview process did not meet your expectations. As was explained to all candidates - whether they were successful in reaching the next stage of the interview process, we were inundated with responses - over 300 to get through. From that initial list of applications, we narrowed it to 16 people that we wanted to get a 'feel' for how they would come across in this creative role - hence the one minute video with an opportunity to show your personality.
From that group of 16 we selected eight to interview. I (line manager) personally spoke with all but two interviewees, but that was as I was on annual leave and we didn't want to delay the process for all candidates. From there we spoke to a final selection of four candidates on a presentation approach format.
The outgoing Creative Services Manager moved on to a role not within this industry (from our business to a new career change as a teacher) and so from our perspective there was no element of fractiousness - we are sorry that you felt that way.
It is a shame that you did not feel like your experience was positive and if you would like to explain in more detail or provide any further thoughts on future ways in which we could make the interview process better, I'd welcome any thoughts or an email direct to me - chris@lacepartners.co.uk.
