The first stage was a technical interview. Didn't get any further. First, they asked a little bit about myself. Then, I went over my resume. The rest were all basic Java programming questions. They were very friendly and helpful during the interview.
Horrible recruiter with slow responses. She didn't let me finish answering her questions, and was quick to move on with the interview. A while later, she said the hiring manager wanted to speak with me, and asked for my availability. I responded with my availability and asked for a time. She never responded and ghosted me. Now my application says it's no longer under consideration.
Got invited to a hiring event in El Segundo . You had your register via email to get invited to this event. Once at the event scan a QR code and wait outside in the lobby area to be called.
The format of the interview can vary a bit by department. The whole process can be long and somewhat repetitive. They look for answers in the STAR format (situation or task, action and result)
