Interview
This took two weeks from the initial called to a panel interview. The manager called me asking me question about phase array and basic question about rf. The panel interview was a presentation about my master thesis and HR questions. They sent me the offer the next week .

Question about nonlinear devices. IM, Ip3, Gain compression, etc.
Filter design, Rf matching design.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at L3Harris
Interview
1 phone interview and 1 in person interview. I interviewed with the ME and EE teams as well as the CR and hiring manager for an EE position. About 2 hours with a tour. a few behavioral questions and a few technical questions and asked about experience. No homework or quiz or anything.
