Recruiter reached out, asked what location I wanted. I mentioned there were no positions available given my degree, she said that was fine and set me up for what I thought was an internal position.

Two managers (who names I never got) asked what I was interested in doing.
Straightforward recruiting process, clear communication, and explanation of the steps in the hiring process.
Initial chat with HR, followed by the Engineering Manager and a conversation with a Senior Engineer from the relevant department.

Interview
Phone interview. We discussed the position, my background, and how they fit together. The interviewer was professional, concise, and forth coming. It was a pleasant experience and I hope I get to interact with the company more in the future.

Quick, intuitive, and effective interview process with casual conversation and a small instance of skill checks with applicable problems. The process was very flexible to individual needs and timelines, and did not require extensive coordination or figuring out when to meet.
