The Interview was straightforward, but the company didn't seem to have nondiscrimination policy in place. One employee asked me "how I would work with young people"?
The entire process lasted for a few days. The job description was not very detailed and allowed for opportunities to add different tasks depending on the mood of the day.

Talk with the manager and he'll go through some basic roles he's expecting an intern to assume. He came to the campus and met with different people. Just one round. Basically fit questions and ask about your previous experience.
