It was a group interview at their assessment center where I was presented with different possible roles within marketing and had to undergo 3 exercises. It was 4 hours long and a follow-up interview with a brand happened if the interview was successful.

Interview after resume submission. Process was relatively easy and straightfoward. Asked questions about my motivations for the industry, the role, the team. Do your research on the firm and on the team. People are very nice here.
Rh then manager ,bigger manager dipped bfore my interview tho.. both were online altho im based in the same city, rh surprised me but how good his knowledge of thepost the missions the technicalities i never had a rh interview like it
J’ai passé un entretien pour un stage chez L’Oréal, conduit par une alternante.
Honnêtement, l’expérience a été très décevante. On voyait clairement qu’elle n’avait pas d’expérience en recrutement : ton sec, attitude désintéressée, aucune réelle écoute ni interaction humaine.
Pour une entreprise comme L’Oréal, je m’attendais à un processus plus professionnel et respectueux.
C’est dommage, car cela donne une image peu valorisante de la marque employeur.
