You go through 2 interview stages. First online, second one is on-site panel interview. The questions are mainly based on personality traits and soft skills. This is for entry level positions, medium to higher posts focus more on your experience and how well you know your work.

Why do you want to work at Loreal and why would you be a good fit for the position ?
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
