I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (London, England) in Aug 2024
Interview
Stage 1, meet with the recruiter to discuss your background and in depth conversation on your understanding of the job description/role. Stage 2, meet with the hiring manager to discuss your background and the role in further detail. Stage 3, do a case study on the current product and problem they are facing, as well as how to conceptualize a new product and bring that to market. This case study requires presenting to the hiring manager and a more technical senior member of the team. Step 4, meet with the hiring manager’s boss to discuss your background.
Beware: you may go through this entire process only to be rejected with the response being no negative feedback, just “we’re thinking of changing this role and what we’re looking for” after you’ve done the entire interview process and given them your ideas in the case study for free.

Question 1
Présentez vous, comment vous voyez vous évoluer au sein du groupe ?
Very reasonable in their approach. I was nervous going into the interview, but after discussing it with the staff and going through the process, I felt very comfortable with everybody that I met. Really good and well run process.
Very direct. 3 rounds. Very quickly if they’re interested. HR, hiring manager, department head. First was a teams call, second and third rounds in person. I applied 3 months ago and was called back two months after.
