Interview
Received a call from recruiter asking availability and providing information regarding the proccess. Then assisted a group dynamic meeting where we introduced ourselves, watched an institutional video and played a game where we were assigned different roles in order for the recruiter to see how we persuaded the rest to be saved in that given scenario.

We had to debate through a simulated scenario after being assigned different roles
R1: Recruiter Zoom call, R2: group case study, Acceptance.
Honestly everything was very smooth and you can 100% prepare for the case study within the given time, just reference recent projects/missions and integrate your findings into the case study.

Interview
Very positive experience, behavioural interview with HR, followed by a traditional interview with team's manager. I had to follow up several times before I received a response, but communication was positive.
