Interview
The first round was a basic phone interview by a third-party interviewing service. Typical behavioral questions. Person was very nice and gave feedback. Second round interview was with an HR representative from L'Oreal. Another phone interview. Asked a little bit about myself, to run through my resume, and what my career goals were. I didn't hear back for third round interviews but other than that it was a pleasant experience.

After online application, there was an Online digital assessment that has several SJTs and video questions.It took approximately 1.5 hours to complete the entire test.Essay type questions were included as well.

It was ridiculous.
The HR manager missed my email about the phone interview. I woke up and waited for an hour without any response. After I followed up with the email, I received a sudden call from their HR intern with poor communication skills. The whole process was disappointing.
