I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Toronto, ON)
Interview
there is a 3 pronged interview
first with your direct support , then with Human Resources and final with VP.
The culture is handle the work load an always perform with minimal complaints
this is not a teach environment they do not want you to learn on their dollar so you need to have prior experience
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
questions will be based on your knowledge of the retail business and how you impacted sales results and developed the team.
O processo foi bem conduzido porém demorado entre as etapas. O time de RH foi muito respeitoso e ágil em já discutir pontos importantes nas primeiras entrevistas antes de passar aos gestores

- Próximos passos de carreira que imagino para mim
I applied online. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Munich, Bavaria) in Jan 2024
Interview
Ging ins leere aus, da sich intern wohl die Strukturen nicht regelmäßig up-daten. Von HR wurde die Position anders und besser vermarktet, als es dann tatsächlich mit dem Head of dieser Sales Position im Interview war.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Saint Charles, MO) in May 2020
Interview
I was recruited by the Talent Acquisition Team at L’Oréal and was told I came recommended by another manager. The phone interview went extremely well and I was scheduled for another phone interview with the hiring manager. That individual ghosted me, so I contacted the Talent Acquisition Team again and was told it was a scheduling conflict and that they would reschedule in a day or two. That call/email never came and all of my communication back to the recruitment team was ignored. Horrible impression and thank my lucky stars I stuck to my gut and was skeptical about the opportunity the entire time.
