Worst interview I've had in my life. The HR who organized it was an intern and decided to put 10 people in a group interview in front of a panel of 6. Candidates were seated according to the number (1-10) in a long table on one side while the interviewers were seated on the other side of the long table. The whole arrangement was a total mess - felt like a bloodbath as everyone could only muster up 1-2 sentences at most. People cut each other's sentences for a chance to speak while interviewers seemed to be encouraging such behaviour. Naturally, people sitting in the middle of the table had the most chance to speak. And finally - the interviewers smiled and laughed at the whole arrangement. Did not even bother to send emails to those rejected. Wouldn't recommend interviewing for this company if the interviewers didn't even have the decency nor respect for the talent in the room.

Mala experiencia. Empiezan el proceso de entrevistas sin tener claro la posicion o vacante que necesitan. Vas pasando entrevistas con los key stakeholders pero conforme avanzas te das cuenta que no saben ni a qué posición vas, ni si tienes el perfil. A la 3er entrevista te dicen que solo estaban haciendo scouting de candidatos y que cuando tengan visibilidad de los moviemientos internos del área verán si haces fit en alguno.
