Assessment Center de 3h au siège de L'Oréal / 6 candidats. Les locaux sont très plaisants et on entre de suite dans le "Monde L'Oréal".
Déroulement :
* Présentation de l'entreprise par les recruteurs (marques, culture, valeurs)
* Échange de quelques minutes avec notre voisin, puis le décrire brièvement en choisissant une image qui lui correspond (plusieurs sont proposées)
* Business Case en anglais - débat de groupe puis restitution de nos observations en français
* Se présenter succinctement en anglais
* Présenter une innovation RH - débats
One interview, the interviewer had her camera off the whole time which contributed to the overall negative interview experience. I was not comfortable but the interview questions were not at all difficult.

It was smooth, first the HR representative calls and conducts a behavioral interview. After that, they match your profile and connect you to a manager. That the managerial round happens which is a bit technical and more related to the project.
