Interview
The first step was an interview with the Human Resources. It was a group interview. Firstly, I had to present myself in a original way. Then I had to present an innovation related to cosmetic gadget for men. Finally by group of three we had the choice to present in English one innovation or a combination of the three innovation.
After succeeding this first step of the recruitment, I have had a technical interview.

during the technical interview: explain why adding salt increase the viscosity in a shampoo formulation.
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
