Interview
Intern recruitment process starts in April for June session and in November for January session. CV screening, Phone interview (HR checks English level, available days in school terms, and motivation of candidates). Suitable candidates are invited to verbal and numerical reasoning exam (1 hour). The candidates who pass the exam are invited to group case (6-8 participants). Just after the case, candidates have a competency based interview by HR and Department Managers. At the end of the day suitable candidates get an offer.

Case process
The job interview was very pleasant, with a relaxed and direct atmosphere. It was very insightful. The discussion included a short case study where you had to apply simple mathematical rules.
Friendly HR intern but with low interest in the candidates’ background. Very quickly it comes to end. The time between invitation and interview is quite short for well preparation and final response were very slow.
