I found the interview process fairly easy and pretty standard for an online ESL teaching job. My interview was done remotely and the duration was rather short. They started by giving a brief introduction about the company, then asked me standard job interview questions such as asking me to make a short introductory speech about myself, my working experience (particularly in teaching), and if i'm comfortable working with / teaching kids, etc. Following this up was the Demo Teaching Class where I had to pretend the interviewer was one of my students and we were going through our lesson for the day. The lesson plan and materials for the demo teaching class had already been shared prior to the interview, so prospective employees will have time to prepare before having to do the demo class.
