The whole process of interview took about a month starting from the very first call from Miratech HR.
I was interviewed for an outstaff position to work for Kyivstar.
1. I had 2 phone interviews with recruiter. One of them was partly in English as I stated in my CV that I have CAE certificate. Those 2 interviews were about general matters, personality, desired working position etc.
2. 3rd interview was with Kyivstar Head of CRM Development(my actual employer).
I talked him through my studying experience and theoretical knowledge in Telecom area.
We also talked about programming languages I had experince with. He told me that I was considered for one of 3 positions at the moment.
3. Actual interview was when I came to Kiev.
A panel of 3 interviewed me. They described in details all 3 positions. And I decided which one appealed to me most of all, and told why.
I was given 3 tests: one concerning databases and SQL, another was some VBScript and I ought to tell what it was doing, the last one was also constructing table structure and writng some more complex sql.
I was asked about typical data flows in telecom networks, how I imagine process of user interrogation with automated systems in cell networks.
Couple of questions were about IP Phone protocols(basically difference between sip and h.323)
