Interview went pretty smoothly , asked about previous experience and didn't do any math or English test. Faces lit up when I mentioned I had done kumon in the past

Interview
A math and reading examination, around 1 hour long, during the active hours of the facility. Requires concentration skills to focus among the talking of children and instructors. There is no behavioral interview.

Question 1
Any math and LA questions from grades k-8, i.e. up to algebra 1 / geometry.
Quick questions from manager, not too difficult. Included questions on experience, willingness to learn and train (brief). Also asked how many hours willing to work. Interviewer was nice and patient.
The boss and assistant managers interviewed me about my educational experience, tutoring experience, and why I wanted the position primarily. It was professional but still there was room for more open-ended conversation on both ends during the interview.
