Interview
Did a test for an hour, didnt ask any questions about my qualifications, just discussed what I could do. Went over my resume and talked about my past as a kumon student and where I lived.
BIG RED FLAG asked me to come in for 1.5 hours to observe, zoom meeting afterwards to ask questions, and asked me to work a volunteer shift (6 hrs).

Interview
I first received a phone call which I was only asked about my gpa and how I deal with children. After that, my in person interview consisted of me taking a super easy math and writing test, and I instantly got the job.
