Initial communication happened via email - I saw an advertisement online that they were hiring and I sent an email with my resume. Manager called me and we had an in-person interview. I Was hired

"How would you respond to someone who doubted Kumon's philosophy?"
Most questions were centered around knowledge of Kumon- its learning philosophy and organization in general.
