Straightforward. They will ask if you worked at another Kumon prior. They will ask for your availability and you are most likely to get the position if available to work those dates. Having prior experience with children is a plus, and or customer service in general.

the process was easy/okay there wasnt any hard questions and they were mostly personality questions and about my reasons for wanting to join the team and how well i work with other people
Quite a short and informal interview process - I was asked about my background experience, why I wanted to work there and then I was hired on the spot afterwards
Easy, just a resume screening, and asked questions about how i would walk kids through problems. Asked a lot about available work hours. Simple enough and pretty informal. Need experience in math and english
