2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.

Interview
There were two steps to the interview process. The first one was submitting our resume and the next step was 1:1 interview. My brother used to attend Kumon tuition, that's how I got to know about it.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students.
