Overall, the process felt well-structured and transparent. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, welcoming, and engaged, which made the conversations genuinely enjoyable. Each stage provided helpful insight into the role and the company, and the experience left a very positive impression of the team and culture.

Interview
A pragmatic process with 4 interviews, each of them is different but common in the way they make you confortable and let you talk freely about your experience and motivations. You can debate and learn a lot about kraken until the last interview. I started a first interview with a talent manager very welcoming and clear in describing the process, after several client delivery leads or practice manager in second and third interview. Before the third interview you are given the time to prepare a case study and present it. At last I meet two hiring managers because there were several options for my future role. I really like the interview process because it is very pragmatic, you don't wait a long time to know what is the next step and in 1 month you know whether you will have an offer or not. Fortunately I received an offer. Eager to start in this company that looks great for passionate people.
