Kraftshala Program Manager interview questions

There was 4 round of interview and each round was for 2 hours. Very unprofessional people as every time before interview I have to take followup and remind them that we have interview today. All 3 telephonic round interview was delay by 45 minutes and started after 2-3 follow up calls. People full with professional degree and skills but still unprofessionals when it comes to engage with people in reality.
