Applied online, a few days later I was contacted to complete a HireVue video interview. After that I was contacted by the recruiter for a little more information on the role, the role KAGR played with the clients, and to go over my experience and qualifications. This went very well, and they mentioned the next steps would be a test case study. The recruiter sent over the data set and some scenarios, I put together a client presentation, and workplace and sent it back to the recruiter. All in all about 5 hours of work. 2 days later I received an automated email saying they weren't further pursuing my candidacy. No feedback from the case study, no discussion at all. Kind of unprofessional in my opinion.

The interview process was several steps. The first step was an initial phone screen, this was followed by a case study to be performed within 48 hours, then 4 hours of zoom interviews. Did not receive an offer due to salary expectations exceeding the budget for the role... still asked to complete the full interview process when this information was known from the beginning.
