Applied on line. You get an email when the interview is. It's on the weekend, a Saturday from noon til 4pm. You are in a room with lots of people who are also applying for the same position, as well as warehouse and another position.. You fill out A LOT of forms. There's a questionnaire with a scenario about hiring an employee and what you should do. Filled out more forms than actually being interviewed. Interviewed for 5 minutes and none of the questions had anything to do with the position. I asked more questions about the company and the position. You would think the process would be a little more diligent.

Interview
The interview took place on the weekend. Interview took over 2 and a half hours. You are interviewed in front of other applicants, who applied for the same position. Male interviewer is very disrespectful and arrogant. He talked down to the person who was interviewed before me and treated her like she wasn't even a human. Everything the applicant said, he would say that was wrong and tell them that they should have been more prepared. In my opinion the applicant was well prepared, but because of the interviewer, felt nervous about what to answer. Instead of interviewing the applicant, he would rather talk about himself. Owner is really nice, he should think about replacing the interviewer.
