4-5 rounds: application submission, screening with HR, 1 hour behavioral interview with hiring manager, 1 case presentation, 1 final conversation with management (?).
Submission was standard, same goes with HR - he was nice and was just sussing out if your motifs are right. 1st behavioral round with hiring manager was in person and was weird idk - felt like they were looking for a specific type of personality/experience and once you don't have it you just don't have it

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Konrad Group (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Went to interview for the position in Toronto. A majority of the interview wasn't spent on my experience, but rather on random questions. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I've never heard back. A simple email saying I was not selected for the next round would have been appreciated.
