Konrad Group Interview Questions

First phone screen. Then 3hr take home test. Afterwards technical interview. Finally interview with higher ups. If you pass all those, then reference and background check. Should get offer or rejection afterwards

Three rounds of interviews in total, First is phone call with hr, second is in-person or online with manager, final round is a case interview with a 30 minute presentation with the managers.

During the interview, I was told that I would need to fly myself across the country for the last two rounds of interviews, on my own dime, and if I can't do that the interview is over right there. When I emailed to follow up afterwards about this I was ghosted.

Final round included a creative design thinking challenge/pitch. This was a time-based challenge based on a certain topic chosen by Konrad. It is meant to test your presentation skills, critical thinking, and awareness of technology trends. A slide deck template is provided, which is very helpful!

The interview has 4 stages - screening, portfolio presentation, design challenge and an in-depth interview with VP. The screening interview felt really comfortable and friendly, but I felt like I didn't have enough time to introduce myself.

It was a call with the recruiter on a phone. This was the first round out of three. It was a great conversation and the recruiter seemed very interested in my hobbies.

1 short recruiter screen with some basic questions, 1 async 3-hour design challenge (comes with a short brief) which I reviewed in a 1-hour interview with 3 designers afterwards. I didn't have opportunities to ask questions about the brief, which was a bit confusing.
