4 step process Recruiter -> technical interview -> take home project -> staff engineer interview Process took around a month but each step wasn’t exceptionally hard, the take home project was 3 hours long which is a bit on the long side

Interview
It was a very short interview (about 10 minutes), I was asked very few questions (about three). One part of the interview was in Spanish and the other in English. The questions were simple.

Great chat with the HR, talked about the Konrad Group itself, what the development process will look like, and why did I apply to Konrad. Also discussed about my hobbies and some company culture
