1. Phone interview with recruiter/fellow technical support engineer to learn more about my background.
2. The recruiter was friendly and spoke a lot about difficult customers
3. Moved on to next round with Hiring manager where I was asked a lot about my understanding of Kubernetes, how to troubleshoot in Kubernetes, data is not displaying for customer.
