I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kodland (Wrocław) in Jul 2023
Interview
The whole recruitment process is an actual joke. Half of the things in the job description get contradicted in the first email you get from them after applying. I applied for a position of Python Tutor only to be informed that they are not looking for those right now, and I can teach Scratch (to much smaller kids) instead. I did not agree, but they offered a compromise - teach medium groups for the next few months, then change to Python when the slots open. I went through the rest of the process only to get a contract with Scratch listed as the course I would be tasked with teaching. My requests to change it were met only with "Just sign it, we'll change it later" or no response at all. I considered further arguing pointless and chose not to pursue the position further. All of the contact was done through Telegram and Zoom.
