Interview
Assessment centre starting with introductions, speeches delivered by people on different areas of the business and then some graduates discussing their experiences. Later on in the day there is a group exercise in which you’re given a scenario to work through, usually of some site accident, and you have to prepare a brief and liability report for the client.

Interview
It was a group-style interview which lasted half a day. There was a case-study where we had to work together as a team to resolve some issues that arose on site. The idea was to see how candidates would work together, which candidates took a leadership approach which candidates were able to encourage others to contribute etc.
