First I got an email from the HR director who wanted to schedule a phone screening with me. The first interaction went well and he immediately wanted me to schedule the next interview with the hiring manager after talking to him for 20 minutes. Then I met virtually with the hiring manager. He was very nice and didn't ask many touch questions, but I knew I was not a right fit for them. After a few days, I got an email of rejection. The whole process was quick.
