Charles was amazing throughout the entire process. He was extremely communicative and really guided me through the process. It was an intense process but understand the need to ensure they’re hiring the right person. I enjoyed speaking with various members of the team with different responsibilities.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Klaviyo (Boston, MA) in Apr 2024
Interview
The process was great and moved along at an appropriate pace. Generally over the course of six weeks, the following occurred:
HR screener, interview with to-be boss, interview with two peers, interview with direct report
HR was super responsive and the meetings were all held over Zoom which was very helpful. I thought the process was fair and found it very beneficial to meet would-be peers and team members, helped give a sense of the culture and personalities.

Questions on how you would handle XYZ situation and "give an example of a time XYZ happened" - very fair!
Overall process was drawn out. Had 5+ interviews with members of the team. Many were conversational and enjoyable however, the total number seemed to be excessive. Questions were aligned with standards in the industry.
