Kittl interview questions

The whole process was smooth and the recruiter was very supportive through every round. I have received a very immersive technical exam and rounds of interview where I got detailed explanations about the internal teams and processes and the culture at Kittl. The questions on each round are average to difficult, they really look at every detail. The hiring managers are welcoming and friendly, they listen well and understand all answers I give. Everything was very constructive and pretty straightforward and also had the feel of a collaborative environment.

The process went on so fast, but I felt like every step was very well explained by the recruiter, also communications was transparent and easy from day one. The recruiter sent me preparation for every step, for example, regarding the interview style (even with resources). Recruiter made me feel comfortable immediately. The interview with the hiring manager was challenging, I could see they had prepared for it. The business case was detailed and fun, but only three days to complete it, which I found a bit rushed (but still doable).
