Interview
I took part in two stages of the interview. Both were held in a professional and very friendly manner. Questions were tailored to the role, mainly about experience and behavioral. Answers to my questions about the company, atmosphere or tasks were detailed, and it was clear that both person knew the studio well and who they were looking for the position. At the end I was given feedback that I can use for the future. My overall impression is very positive.

Checking the fit to the role, behavioral and motivation.
Recruiter call (on zoom), followed by interview with team lead (also on zoom), followed by an office visit including an interview with the project mgmt team & one with a C-level/VP level manager.

Bei mir gab es 3 Bewerbungsgespräche, zunächst hatte ich ein erstes Kennenlernen mit dem Recruiter, danach musste ich eine Case Study machen. Danach hatte ich ein Gespräch mit dem Hiring Manager und zuletzt mit einer der beiden Gründerinnen.
