I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at King Tide (Nashville, TN) in Feb 2022
Interview
I had a few conversations with the CEO and CTO to learn more about the company and culture. We then discussed how I could fit in to the company given my eclectic background. Very casual and was great to meet them. I then met more of the team which was a great opportunity for me to ask questions and give more members an idea if I was a good fit.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at King Tide
Interview
Video Interview with the COO.
The guy doing the interview (the COO) wouldn't let me finish a sentence before cutting me off and asking another question. This process continued throughout the entire interview.
I had more than enough experience for what the job entailed, but the COO acted very hesitant toward me, with some obvious gendered apprehension.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience.
Is it better to be a specialist or a jack of all trades?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at King Tide (West Hollywood, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Simple, very direct. Didn't care to have my resume in hand, just wanted to get to know me, when I could begin working, what kinds of skills I had, etc. Marketing director wanted someone as soon as possible, and I was still working at school, so my availability did not match. Friendly environment and friendly staff. Something she was looking for was someone who was familiar with photoshop as well as analytical stuff related to trends and consumer behavior, etc.
