Interview
Quick ask about me and why I was interested in the position. Asked about what I hoped to gain from the experience and what I liked to do in Austin. I told them I was familiar with the drag scene and was excited to help spread sexual health awareness at the venues.
Communication was disorganized on the employer's end. Their interview process was erratic and inconsistent. There were long periods of time with no communication. Management seemed chaotic and didn't seem to have a firm commitment to the hiring process.
