Interview was virtual. It was direct, with questions being about my teaching experience, methods, and attitudes. They search for evidence of belief in the growth mindset and will appreciate specific examples of your rapport with students or results your students have received. I ultimately declined because the pay was too low and they refused to negotiate/belittled my years of experience in a way that struck me as a potential red flag.
