Basically they will ask generic questions, such as why you want to teach? do you like children? but they're basically looking for your accent and personality. They're not too fussy!!

Interview
It went smoothly I talked to the owner in Suzhou. He was very nice I enjoyed speaking with him. He seemed very passionate about his school but did not have teaching experience. I enjoyed talking with him it was good experience.
