Kibo Software Software Engineer interview questions

Initial conversation with recruiter, mainly about interests, resume, the company, desired salary etc. This was followed by a cognitive assessment consisting of math, word, and pattern recognition problems. Had to do the assessment twice, since solo and once with camera on so they know you don't cheat. Had initial conversation with hiring manager - mainly trivia questions about .NET and other programming topics, some about resume and prior experience. Final round was with two team members- more trivia and prior experience questions followed by some coding questions. I recommend hackerrank's free interview prep kit as practice.

Once you apply, you get a standard aptitude/personality test. After submitting that, I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone screen, except the email was addressed to a different person. I responded and asked for clarification, and the recruiter stated the name was a mistake and he did indeed want to speak to me, so I provided him with my availability. I never received a response back, followed up multiple times and still never heard back. This seems to be common with applicants at Kibo. The company and/or it's recruiters don't seem to respect your time.
